The garden looks very romantic, and the way it's designed make you feel like you are in a fairy tale garden.
My daughter loved the cactus greenhouse, there is a big amount of different cactuses from the world 😄 a pity there was no other greenhouse with tropical plants.
It's a must see if you visit Kassel, tho the entrance is for free 😁
Very beautiful well kept park. Clean and nice.
An incredibly exquisite botanical garden. Everything's is green, a myriad of flowers, bees, it's just the best thing since sliced bread. What made this place even better is the fact that I met @Odyssey there, so I had a scope to touch base with him.
Long story short, highly recommended ❤️
It's a must visit for everyone interested in plants, nature and even gardening. The highlight of this garden is its cactus house, showcasing hundreds of cacti and succulents as well as a 72 year old agave currently blooming. Visit it before it dies!
The whole garden is not gigantic, it features also during summer tropical trees like the banana tree and the strawberry tree (not the bush). There are beautiful sections of rhododendrons, carnivorous plants, roses, ponds and even a book exchange shelf.
Though a very well taken care of garden, it lacks some diversity (except in the cactus house).
Beautiful Garden with so many plants
Temporarily closed due to the recent hail storm as of July 6th, 2023.
Nice environment with beautiful flowers, great Cactus house, had a wonderful time walking around.
Lovely place, for a calm walk with a stroller.
